RCE Aluminum Housing

The RCE Series includes both Failsafe Electric Actuators as well as options with Engineered Resin Housing features. Torques range from 150 to 2000 in. lbs. to meet a multitude of needs.

• Standard travel-stop limit switches can simultaneously be used for light indication
• Meets Enclosure Ratings for NEMA 4X, 7 AND 9

Options:

• Limit Switches - Two additional limit switches may be mounted in the RCE for safely interlocking other equipment, such as pumps, compressors, mixers, or other valves
• Feedback Potentiometer: When control operation or position feedback information is needed, a 1000 ohm, 1 watt potentiometer with 5% linearity may be installed
• Heater and Thermostat: For operation at low temperature (to -40° F). Also used to combat condensation in in high humidity areas
• Milliamp Positioner: An all solid state electronic positioner can be installed in the housing of the RCE, 75% duty cycle actuator. Standard 4-20 milliampere input signal, or optional 10-50 ma, or 0-10 VDC.
• Voltages: 12, 24, 220 VAC; 12, and 24 VDC
• Center Off Operation: Allows for 3 position control of 3-way valves4-20 mA positioner
• Failsafe battery pack
• Mechanical brake for butterfly valves
